The MSU six hour course will be taught by Timothy F. Averill, Esq., former Judicial Administrator for the Louisiana Supreme Court and Chief Executive Officer of the Judiciary Commission of Louisiana. Among other topics, this course covers generally-accepted purposes and responsibilities of courts; the evolution of law and dispute resolution; the development of the federal court system; theories, processes and programs of justice; the importance of judicial administration; court leadership; and emerging trends in the courts.
