The Bylaws Committee, is a committee composed of Executive Board member appointed by the president, periodically reviews the association by-laws, to determine if changes are necessary due to changing practices or decisions of the Executive Board, and proposes suggested changes to be reviewed and recommended by the Board for a vote by the membership.
