The Louisiana Court Administrator’s Association is a professional organization that maintains a continued goal in providing education, training and professional development to it’s members. LCAA thrives to improve the administration of the courts in Louisiana. LCAA is committed by listening to the needs of it’s members and placing those concerns at the forefront in educational and training curriculum. For this and so many other reasons, I am honored to serve as the 2016-2018 President of LCAA. I will strive in continuing to bring any and all opportunities to this organization, that will enable each member to serve their court, and the judicial system with strong leadership.
With the ever changing societal issues and demands that face the judicial system today, our court leaders are answering the call to public service and getting involved in LCAA. I am proud to be part of an organization that is integral to my professional and personal growth as a court administrator. Our members are making an impact on the administration of courts by joining committees to address the needs of it’s courts and jurists. LCAA has always provided a strong commitment to it’s members and will continue our work as a trusted educational resource in advancing the administration of justice.
As we enter into another year, I would like to set forth a vision to leverage the institutional knowledge and innovative ideas of our members in keeping LCAA active, with a continued growth of our educational programs. Involvement of current members and future members is encouraged and imperative to the overall mission of our organization.
I look forward to my term as President of LCAA and urge your participation on committees, enrolling in certification programs or by becoming a mentor. Thank you for your confidence and I hope to serve LCAA as it has served me…. by providing the confidence and leadership necessary in court administration.
